Collaborations & Partnerships
I collaborate with a range of organisations, from local governments and community groups to businesses and educational institutions, to ensure that young people’s voices are heard and their needs addressed. By working across sectors, I advocate for policies and initiatives that equip young people with the skills and opportunities they need to succeed in today’s fast-evolving world. My focus is always on creating more inclusive, equitable pathways that allow young people to thrive, whether through education, employment, or wellbeing.
Key Roles and Contributions
I am fortunate to be involved in several impactful roles where I collaborate with organisations and drive systemic change for young people:
Director of Policy & Influence, The YOUTHOOD Project: Leading efforts to empower young people through policy advocacy and ensuring their voices shape national decisions on youth issues.
Non-Executive Director, Careers & Enterprise Company: Working with the Youth Advisory Group to integrate youth voices into national career development initiatives and contributing insights from my lived experience.
Youth Advisor, Children’s Commissioner for England: Collaborating with a diverse group of young people to influence policies that better serve youth needs, with a special focus on education, jobs & skills.
Youth Advisor, Youth Employment UK: Tackling youth employment barriers and contributing to national policy discussions, ensuring young people’s experiences inform better policy solutions.
Youth Counsellor, Foundation for Education Development (FED): Shaping long-term educational policies, working with stakeholders such as UCL, Pearson, and Ofsted to ensure the voices of young learners are central in policy planning.
