I’m Rylie Sweeney, a passionate advocate for youth empowerment, policy change, and leadership development. Through my work, I aim to amplify the voices of young people, drive systemic change across policy, and create opportunities that shape a more inclusive and equitable future for all.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a range of organisations from youth-led initiatives to government policy reform, advocating for the needs of young people in education, employment, and beyond. My journey has given me the opportunity to contribute to national discussions on youth employment, education reform, and social justice, and I continue to be driven by the belief that meaningful change can only happen when young people are at the heart of the conversation.
